DGA Security (Location Management Tab)

DGA Security is well-known security system company helps business owners and managers to manage their business security for 24 hours a day. DGA provides intrusion, video, access control and fire alarm systems to their customers.

Business problem:

DGA customers (Location managers) had to manage and control their multiple location stores and offices in many different cities and locations in U.S. using their products.

It wasn’t easy for their managers to handle and control multiple location’s system in a short amount of time since there were the cases that one manager had to manage multiple locations (more than 100) at a time.

Requirements:

• A way for an end user to view and search a list of people related to their company’s use of DGA services, including Security Systems and Access Systems.

• A way to view an individual person and all of the relevant information

• A way to add a new person to DGA’s systems

• A way to edit existing people
